سجل الخدمات سوف يضم بيانات عن الخدمات الحكومية المقدمة إلكترونياً. فهذا السجل يحوي الموصفات التقنية لكل خدمات الويب (Web Services) بالإضافة إلى وصف مفصل للإجراءت الحكومية (ممثلة بالنماذج). كما أنه يحتوي على UDDI متكامل لخدمات الويب.

Metadata about e-governmental services will be collected and kept in a repository of services. Such metadata includes specifications for all web services, detailed description of governmental services (including the AS-IS and TO-BE business processes models), and web service repository (UDDI).
